We’re a full-service business center, not a drop-off counter. Come in and you’ll find people who know what they’re doing, take the time to help you figure out the right option, and aren’t going to steer you toward the most expensive thing on the shelf. That’s just not how we operate. A lot of our customers started out just needing a shipping label. Owner Steve Dick has been in this industry for over 20 years. He holds multiple industry certifications, including Mater of Retail Shipping from Association of Mail and Business Centers. AMBC is a national organization representing independent mail and business centers, also known as pack and ship stores. As a member of AMBC, he was elected to the national board in 2018, serving 6 years as the Director for Print and Profit. His goal was always to help member stores increase their efficiency in operations. It’s this experience that makes Box King much more than a standard shipping counter.
