Recent Projects
Box King always has something exciting happening inside (and sometimes outside) our four walls. Take a look at some of the latest print and packing jobs we have done for our clients!
What to Bring
Printing something? Bring your files if you have them. We take most formats. No files? Our design team has started from scratch plenty of times. Come in with an idea and go from there.
Mailing something? Whatever you know about your audience is a starting point. Existing list, a zip code, a neighborhood. Starting with nothing is also a starting point — we can work from there.
A lot of people come in not knowing the right terminology. That’s not a problem. You don’t need to arrive with the vocabulary. Just bring the situation and we’ll figure out the approach together.
What You'll See on Our Social
Our Instagram and Facebook pages at @boxkingshipping are where we share recent work, behind-the-scenes looks at projects in progress, and occasional highlights from the shop. It’s not a highlight reel of only the big jobs. It’s a real look at what a working business center in Springfield actually does.
You might see a stack of freshly printed business cards for a new local restaurant. Or a custom-crated item going across the country. Or a direct mail campaign going out for a neighborhood business. The kinds of things that come through here tend to have a story behind them, and we like sharing that.
The Range of Work We Do
Shipping work ranges from individual package drops to coordinating regular business shipments, fragile estate items, large oversized pieces, and complex international shipments that need the right documentation and carrier selection.
Print work covers everything from single-copy urgent requests to large quantity runs for businesses. Business cards, brochures, event flyers, presentation materials, booklets, custom notepads, signage, and more. The finishing work is just as important as the printing itself, and we do that in-house too.
Direct mail projects tend to be some of the more involved things we take on. A full campaign means coordinating the list, the design, the print run, and the postal process. When it all comes together and a client tells us they saw real results from it, that’s genuinely satisfying.
And then there’s the miscellaneous category that doesn’t fit neatly anywhere. The person who came in with something nobody had ever tried to ship before and left with a solution. The business that needed a custom item for a trade show with a 48-hour turnaround. Those are the ones that stick with us.
