Most people find out about Box King because they need to ship or print something. They come in, they get helped, and somewhere in the process they start to realize they had no idea of everything we offer.
Box King isn’t just a place to drop off packages. We’re a full-service business center that has been taking care of Springfield’s shipping, printing, mailing, and business needs for years. We design logos, run direct mail campaigns, help small businesses put together their first marketing materials, pack fragile items for estate shipments, and do a lot of things in between that never quite fit a single category.
What makes this place work is the people who run it. Not a franchise operation, not a rotating staff. People who know what they’re doing and take the time to actually help. That’s been the goal from day one, and it’s still what drives how we operate every day

We believe the best way to take care of someone is to listen to what they actually need. Not every shipment needs overnight delivery. Not every print job needs full color on both sides.
